PAYMENT / SHIPPING ISSUES
Online credit card and cash on delivery are available to pay for orders .
You can also redeem coupons on the Cart and Checkout pages. On both sides, enter your code in the coupon code field and click the “Redeem Coupon” button.
You can request your order with home delivery.
Personal pick-up is not available.
In the case of home delivery, orders will be delivered within 3-4 working day after the purchase.
We do not provide a specific delivery time guarantee for our packages.
STEAMVISION sunglasses and accessories are currently only available for purchase here in the online store. The purchase is completely risk-free, the ordered product can be returned within 14 days without justification!
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please let us know by replying to the confirmation email. Write that you want to cancel the order and we will cancel it.
GLASSES ISSUES
All sunglasses packs include a soft cloth case and a cleaning cloth.
A polarized material is a mixture of microscopic crystals and other sulfate-based chemicals “planted” into a very thin, film-like, transparent nitrocellulose material. A spectacle lens with a polarized material transmits only light beams in the vertical direction. That is, the glare reflected from the surfaces and different material boundaries does not pass through the lens.
The lenses in our range of sunglasses are medium dark. This allows you to not dazzle the wearer from sunlight, but also provides adequate contrast vision even in shady places.
The Steamvision glasses are perfectly unisex, they can be worn by anyone who feels comfortable in them.
You can find the dimensions in the properties block on the product page of the selected model.
The glasses should be cleaned with the wipes provided.
The lenses can be replaced with dioptric ones, but damage due to the procedure is not covered by the warranty.
GUARANTEE
We give a 1-year warranty on our glasses. The warranty covers all manufacturer’s defects without exception.
If you would like to return the product you purchased within 14 days, please contact us at hello@steamvision.eu, where our colleagues will be happy to help and inform you about the return process.
The warranty does not cover damage to the frame or lens due to daily use, wear (eg.: scratches), improper use of the product, or an accident.
